Holly Fish,
Dir. of Client Services
Up until recently, the world of public accounting was prohibited to advertise or externally market their services to the public as this was considered to be an "unethical" act. Times have surely changed and today, many firms look for direction from marketing professionals that recognize the mutual benefits that both the public and the accountants receive when information is imparted out in the community and market place.
Client Services
At EGP, we consider our marketing department as another step in raising the bar of customer satisfaction. Feedback from our clients, as well our community, is crucial for strengthening the business and personal relationships we have built over the years.

Raising the bar seemed to be a straight forward concept in terms of client communication and customer satisfaction . In February of 2007, we accomplished this task by adding an in-house marketing and client services director to our team of professionals, Holly Fish. With a specialist in place, we are now able to focus on marketing, public relations and the number one priority, taking care of our clients needs. Although tax and audit services remain a constant, the skill sets of today's accounting professionals,as well as the services they provide, have truly broken the mold in the accounting industry.
