This study cre­ates an imme­di­ate increase in cash flow, reduc­tion in cur­rent tax lia­bil­ity, defer­ral of taxes and the abil­ity to reclaim missed depre­ci­a­tion deduc­tions from prior years with­out hav­ing to amend tax returns.
