Bruce Engstrom

As our most junior partner once stated, "Resisting change is like trying not to breathe." Although partners, employees, and clients have come and gone; one thing remains timeless: our core values. These values have remained and grown stronger over the years. In order to be successful, you must start internally and work your way outward. I ask each team member to hold leadership accountable, ask tough questions, and offer their own opinions. Healthy debate will help us find the right solutions and welcome opportunities that challenge us on a daily basis.
