Being a "true finan­cial part­ner" means help­ing clients solve prob­lems before they arise and help­ing them to rec­og­nize and cap­i­tal­ize on oppor­tu­ni­ties as they present them­selves. To do this, we must let clients know how we can help them. Some­times it is just a mat­ter of rec­og­niz­ing the right ques­tions to ask. The right ques­tions allow us to iden­tify the big pic­ture for our clients. A "true finan­cial part­ner" finds the best solu­tions avail­able for the job at hand.

Biography

Randy Patterson has extensive financial experience in the field of public accounting and has served as a CFO in private industry. He draws from this experience in both public and corporate settings to advise clients on matters of business and finance.

Randy is a Certified Valuations Analyst ( CVA ), the former president of the Arkansas Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has served on the Audit & Accounting, Ethics, and Peer Review committees for the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the ESOP Association.

Randy actively assists clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and in the analysis of both the tax implications and the financial structure of Employee Stock Ownership Plans ( ESOPs ).
